Tickle those taste buds with something a little different

I’ve always been quite adventurous when it comes to trying new recipes and food combinations.

I find it hard to resist adding my own little ‘twists’ to tried and tested flavours, which admittedly doesn’t always produce the ‘big hit’ I dream it will be in my head.

However, occasionally my experimental nature pays off and I can proudly present a weird and truly wonderful dish to my family.

I find it helps if I don’t always mention the full list of ingredients in advance!

I get especially excited when I come across a new product or delicacy that uses flavours you wouldn’t necessarily think of putting together but tastes simply superb.

While searching for some new and delicious artisan produce for this year’s Love Local Christmas Hampers, I have been really inspired.

Not only do we have some exciting new Cotswold products but you can also make up your own Love Local Hamper by selecting exactly what you would like to go in it.  Giving you the freedom to create a really unique gift to reflect the lucky recipient’s personality and tastes.

Making their debut with Love Local this year you will find two very different artisan food producers, who are equally as passionate about creating unique and exciting flavours.

Womersley fruit and herb vinegars

Made from all natural ingredients, these multi Great Taste Award winning vinegars are created to delight your taste buds.

Tubby Tom’s sauces

Serious kick-ass sauces that pack a real punch. 100% handmade in Gloucestershire using the best quality ingredients.

Of course you will still find all our firm favourite suppliers and their tasty treats from last year including some wonderful new flavours of their own.

For example how could you resist the decadence of some Black Truffle Ketchup from the Truffle Hunter or a deliciously moreish Boozy Orange Christmas Pudding from Faithfull’s Quality Baking?

To see what’s new for Christmas this year browse our Make Your Own Hamper page or select from our Christmas Selection which were a complete sell out last year.
